This type of sauna can reach 80/90°, the maximum residence time recommended is 20 minutes, the benefits are multiple; it helps the body burn more calories (an average of 250 calories are burned during a session), thanks to intense sweating it cleanses the body of heavy metals and toxins, disposes of lactic acid and relaxes muscles, eliminates stress and insomnia.

Recommended: alternating sauna and cold showers or ice waterfall to improve the circulation and make the body more receptive to subsequent treatments or massages.

This room maintains a constant temperature of 40/45° and humidity at 98%, thanks to the intense sweating promotes detoxification, relaxes the muscles.

Our Mediterranean bath is a cross between sauna and Turkish bath both in terms of temperature (40/45°) and humidity (55/65%).
